Today post is all about Chronically Distracted! What is Chronically Distracted, you ask. Well, it’s project my friend Maegan and I have been working on since late November. We wanted to co-author a blog but didn’t know exactly what we’d write about. What could we provide to readers that hasn’t been said already?
Then the light turned on…“The Happiness Project!” We’re using the book, written by Gretchen Rubin, as a road map on our journey to finding more happiness. I, for one, have a truly great life. I’m thankful for what I have, where I’m at, and so on. But…could I be a smidge happier? Could I enjoy things more fully? Could I worry less? Argue less? Feel better? Accomplish more? Yes to it all.
So, today is the first day. We’re talking about Vitality and making resolutions to having more vitality in our everyday lives.
