It’s quite possible I might have a fan-girl moment later today because – fingers crossed – I’m hoping to meet Top Chef All Star winner Richard Blais as he rolls into a nearby city with the Top Chef Tour! And it gets better…he’ll be cooking with the lovable Italian, Fabio Viviani!
